Cancellation & refund policy
No payment is currently accepted on this public information site. If paid membership or digital Collections become available, the applicable price and purchase terms will be shown before checkout.
Effective September 10, 2026.
Membership cancellation
If recurring membership is offered, it will be cancellable through customer billing controls. Cancellation will stop future renewal according to the billing period shown at checkout, with access continuing through the already-paid period unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility can depend on the product, timing, applicable law, and circumstances of the purchase. If you believe a charge is incorrect or want to request a refund for a paid service offered by The Curious Years, contact us with the account email and approximate purchase date. Never send payment-card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
Collections
If offered for sale, optional Curiosity Collections will be one-time digital purchases. Their price, access terms, and any product-specific refund terms will be shown before purchase.
